• You may return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached and no signs of wear or damage.

2. Refunds:

• Once your return is processed and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

3. Exchanges:

• If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can assist in swapping your item for a different size or style. Please contact us directly to arrange for an exchange.

4. Exceptions:

• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized shoes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
