  • The original packaging, including the shoe box, must be returned along with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Shoes that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale items or clearance products (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or store credits.

3. Refunds
