- All orders placed on parmashunie.com are processed during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Methods
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the order, weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.
- Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or orders over a specific amount. Any such offers will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, Parmashunie only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We will notify you via email if shipping options are expanded to include international destinations in the future.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment online.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order is shipped. Parmashunie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, such as weather events or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@parmashunie.com or call 603-761-8136. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Parmashunie is not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@parmashunie.com to correct it before the order is processed.
9. Signature Upon Delivery
- Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the value and the carrier’s policies. If a signature is required, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
10. Shipping Restrictions
- Parmashunie is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or international addresses at this time.
- Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or other factors.
